You were credited as the Art Director of this ad (which won a KAAA award) in the published book by the organizers of the KAAA award ceremony.
So if there is really a mistake which is bothering you then you should first take it up with your agency (as they wrote the credits for each entry which makes them responsible for giving wrong information) if that is not good enough for you then you should take it up with the KAAA organizers (as they published the credits in their book).
