Although not clearly visible but you can still identify the (old) DHL box placed inside the larger FedEx box ;) a very good example of brand hijacking advertisement; this type of advertising to my knowledge is deemed illegal in the Middle East.

The above entry was submitted to Epica. Although it did not win it did however got featured in Epica annual titled “Book Twenty One” on page: 65. ISBN 13: 9782-88479-106-9.

In my personal opinion…This is a great ad and a good example of brand hijacking. I would also like to highlight the important fact that this type of advertising is prohibited in the Arab world.

A logo (Greek λογότυπος = logotypos) is a graphical element, (ideogram, symbol, emblem, icon, sign) that, together with its logotype (a uniquely set and arranged typeface) form a trademark or commercial brand. Typically, a logo’s design is for immediate recognition, inspiring trust, admiration, loyalty and an implied superiority. [1] The logo is one aspect of a company’s commercial brand, or economic entity, and its shapes, colors, fonts, and images usually are different from others in a similar market. Logos are also used to identify organizations and other non-commercial entities.
