This ad by the Kuwait ministry of commerce and industry is warning its citizens from ads for selling goods or services by installments (on credit)
and urges them to check the authenticity, credibility and legality of such ads!!!  the same ad (which is not single minded) is warning “any company advertising in newspapers or magazines or any media vehicle” which sells any product or service by installments (on credit) or offering loans to strictly adhere to law number two/2001, regarding the data collection system as per the ministry decree number 415/2001 amended with decree number 245/2004. any organization publishing ads without obtaining proper permits will get warnings then prohibit them temporarily from selling by installments and finally will have their commercial licenses provoked if the incident is repeated. 

International PR Agency is looking for individuals with no mandatory background or experience!!! the same happened in Advertising not so long ago and look where it got us. history will teach us nothing.

It is nice to see a drive towards recruiting locals in the advertising industry.
